Rutland Arts Competition

Harington School and Catmose College dominated the prizes at the recent Rutland Arts Competition by winning eight of the ten categories. The overall winner was Year 13 student Lucy with her piece entitled ‘Grandma’, congratulations also to Archie, Lola and Fleur who all received prizes in the competition. The theme for the competition was ‘into the light’. In total we entered 29 pieces of work ranging from ceramics, photography, paintings, charcoal, Lino prints, water colour, oils and ceramics.
The organisers of the event were incredibly impressed with high standard of work.

The exhibition remains open on display at The Rutland Museum until the end of February.
